I’ll go ahead and reveal the best pectoral exercises that you need to include in any chest routine and I’ll also include what part of the chest the exercise primarily targets.  You don’t need to include all of these exercises but your routine should include a majority of them.  1)  Bench Press (Middle Chest) 2) Incline Press (Upper Chest) 3)Dumbbell Flyes (Outside Chest) 4)Cable Crossovers (Lower Chest) 5) Weighted Dips (Inside Chest)
